“The truth about the Eucharist” – recounts a series of Eucharistic miracles that have occurred throughout the centuries. For example on the evening of August 18th 1996, while a Catholic priest was celebrating mass, during which the Eucharist that he held up at the ‘consecration’ turned into flesh and blood. Scientific investigation was utilised to confirm the validity of the the appearance of human flesh and blood within the Eucharist itself.
These miracles are Jesus’ compassionate confirmation of the words spoken of in scripture “This, is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me…This cup is the new covenant in my blood poured out for you” [Luke 19: 19-20, and in the other Gospels]. In this way Jesus confirms His ‘real presence’ to the world.
